Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about our phone repair services
How long does a typical repair take?
Most screen repairs are completed in 60 minutes or less. Battery replacements typically take about 30-45 minutes. More complex repairs like water damage may take longer, but we’ll provide an accurate timeframe after diagnosis.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes! All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If you experience any issues with your repair within this period, we’ll fix it at no additional cost.
Are your parts original or high-quality?
We use high-quality, OEM-grade parts that meet or exceed original specifications. While we may not always use manufacturer-original parts (which are often not available to third-party repair shops), we ensure all parts are of the highest quality and come with our warranty.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to ensure we can serve you promptly, but we also accommodate same-day requests when possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
What if you can’t fix my phone?
If we determine that your phone cannot be repaired or the cost would be prohibitive, we’ll let you know upfront. There is no charge for the diagnosis in this case, and we can often help you with data recovery options.
